Dr. Maria Montessori, the world renowned educator who established the Montessori
Method of education wrote:
"The most important period of life is not the age of university studies but the first one,
the period from birth to the age of six"
Our program is based on the premise that every child is an individual with his own needs
and abilities. All children need affection and friendliness. They require affirmation,
encouragement and understanding. The children are encouraged in the development of
self-discipline, self-knowledge, and independence. They acquire an organized approach
to problem solving, academic skills and an enthusiasm for learning. We provide a safe,
nurturing and stimulating environment in which the child can develop his full potential.

*Children are to be respected as individuals. They are different from adults and they differ from each other.
*Children have a sensitivity and capacity for learning very different from that of adults.
*The first six years of life are the most important periods of growth.
Since the current owners bought Kids "R" Us in 2003 many changes and improvements have been made, including the
introduction of Montessori (casa) program providing a learning environment that has been scientifically prepared to suit
all of the developing needs of children between the ages of 2.5 and 6 years. Montessori Method focuses on the enrichment
of all aspects of the human personality during the formative years by introducing the child to genuine knowledge about
the world and additionally nurturing a life-long love for learning.
